- Please note, all my patterns are designed for cutting with scissors, by hand. I do not guarantee any of my patterns working with any felt cutting machines (for example, Cricut). Any patterns that are available in SVG format are in such format for printing purposes only, not for cutting machines.
3. Refund and Exchange:
- Due to the nature of digital products, I do not offer refunds.
- In the unlikely event of receiving a defective product (handmade items), I will gladly exchange it for a new one, if the received item (unopened and sealed in the clear cellophane bag) is returned back to me. Contact me with your order details for prompt resolution.
